My car slid off the road on my way to work this morning. I was stuck in deep snow/slush and needed help. A tow truck driver by the name of Frank was the first and only person to pull over and ask if I needed help. Luckily I had emergency roadside through my insurance. He said he would probably be one of the companies my insurance would contact to help pull me out and he waited for me to get in touch with them. He was very patient and helpful and got me back on the road to the office in no time. American Towing should be very proud to have a driver with such proactive customer service skills. I would call them again if I'm ever in a bind.
